It enables the user to design Import, Export and SQL scripts, add them to the package and schedule it for execution on regular basis. All objects are stored in the repository. Supported repository types include MS Access ( default repository ), Oracle, MS SQL Server, Interbase, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Every package execution is logged. In case of errors, Visual Importer writes a detailed message into the log and writes a record into the rejected records file.
The Enterprise version includes execution agent which can be run as a Windows service.
